Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging Boost Web Agency ("Boost Web", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are governed by individual statements of work, which take precedence where they differ.

Website content

All content on this website — text, design, graphics and code — is the property of Boost Web unless attributed otherwise. Case studies and statistics reflect specific engagements; outcomes vary by project and are not guarantees of future results.

Services & payment

• Project engagements are quoted as fixed scope and price after discovery, with payment milestones stated in the proposal.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Late payments may pause active work until the account is settled.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created for a client become the client's property. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and sign NDAs on request. Client references appear in case studies only with permission.

Liability

Services are provided with professional care but without warranty of specific business outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
